At speaking engagements, Christopher Terry often expresses his belief in the power of personal reflection, faith, and putting in the hard work to develop a positive demeanor that helps empower others.
“If you stop all the noise, turn off the radio, spend time by yourself, do some prayer, some mediation, breathe, you will receive messages,” said Terry in a recent video. “And sometimes those messages are not the easy route. Sometimes they’re difficult messages. But if you say, ‘Oh my God, I can’t do that,’ where is your faith?”
Christopher Terry’s IM Mastery Academy Mindset
Christopher Terry co-founded IM Mastery Academy in July 2013 with his wife, IM Mastery Academy CFO Isis Terry. Prior to founding IM Mastery Academy, Christopher Terry worked in the construction industry and studied financial markets. His decision to establish the Academy was based on the idea that he could bring Wall Street to Main Street with online learning tools.
From the inception of IM Mastery Academy, Christopher Terry has led the company by highlighting the value, not just of financial education, but of the development of a positive self-concept that could extend to a variety of pursuits.

How Does IM Mastery Academy Work?
While Christopher Terry founded IM Mastery Academy to provide online educational resources on financial markets, the educational institution has expanded in recent years. It offers distinct academies on the foreign exchange (forex) market, the digital currency market, time-based market engagement strategies, and e-commerce. Each of these academies features lecture videos and readings that students can access at any time, as well as opportunities for live mentorship through GoLive online video sessions with IM Mastery Academy educators.
And in 2022, Christopher Terry announced IM Mastery Academy’s launch of a new Travel and Lifestyle Experience (TLX) membership program. TLX enables members to access discounted rates for hotels and resorts. Members can also sign up for themed trips related to IM Mastery Academy’s educational content on topics such as the forex market or cryptocurrency.
The launch of TLX is representative of Christopher Terry’s broader growth mindset for IM Mastery Academy. As IM Mastery Academy CEO, Terry has overseen the Academy’s expansion for nearly a decade, and it’s now reached thousands of students.
“In 2013, I said, ‘Let’s do it. We’re going to do it. Yes, we’re going to do it. I don’t care how we get there. That’s my goal. I’m going to get there. I just have to make changes,’” said Terry in another video. “I got up and stood up again, and a few times we had a couple punches here and there, and now the goal was to have thousands of people come and celebrate and get us to the next level, and we’re here.”
