How Does QNET Pay Commission?

QNET is a global direct-selling business with customers and distributors in nearly 100 countries. Since it is often mistaken for a scam or pyramid scheme it is important to understand how it operates and pays commissions. All of the company’s independent representatives are provided a virtual office that serves as their hub to monitor their business.

“It shows them how much sales they have generated, how much commissions they’ve earned, what is the size of their team, who is performing well in their team and who is not, what they need to do to reach the next level in the sales rank, and so much more,” says a QNET spokesperson. “All independent representatives are given an e-wallet in this virtual office into which commissions are paid on a weekly basis calculated based on the product sales they and their team have generated the previous week.”

The independent representatives have the option to keep that money in the e-wallet and let it build up to use for future product purchases or tickets to events and conventions, or they can cash out through a wire transfer or telegraphic transfer directly to their bank account. “We also offer a crypto wallet payout option,” says the spokesperson. “One of the things that set QNET apart is our weekly commission payout cycle. Independent representatives can earn weekly as opposed to monthly.”

What Sets This Global Company Apart from the Rest?

Hard work and dedication are essential parts of the company’s business model. However, the company doesn’t require its distributors or independent representatives to enlist their friends and family in order to earn a commission. Despite that, the direct selling company is often misunderstood as a get-rich-quick scheme. “We tapped into the rise in micro-entrepreneurship. The gig economy that everyone is talking about today is popularized by tech companies. However, direct selling was the original gig economy business,” says CEO Malou Caluza.

”Our distributors are present in many different regions around the world, which is why we offer a diverse portfolio to suit different demographics,” says Caluza. “We work with international vendors to design unique, high-quality, advanced-technology products that are only available at QNET.”

The company’s founders had the foresight to merge the concept of direct selling with e-commerce. “This definitely disrupted traditional direct selling, which at the time was all about the personal face-to-face interactions and establishing retail shops,” explained Caluza. The transition involved some challenges. But Caluza says, “We had a lot of excitement, passion, and belief in what we were doing, and the experiment paid off.”

According to the QBUZZ blog, it “is more than a company; it is a global community. We equip all of our independent representatives with the skills they need to grow into business leaders. During the training, they are advised on our policies and procedures, the business model, the compensation plan, and the proper and ethical business practices. Independent representatives, in turn, build their own teams for whom these sessions are then conducted. This creates a sustainable business model that emerging entrepreneurs can benefit from.” Caluza says, “I am proud to say that I am part of a company that has always promoted diversity in all aspects of our business.”

Decoding the Direct Selling Business and if QNET Pays Commission

A World Federation of Direct Selling Associations report found that 119.9 million people are involved in the direct selling industry worldwide. Companies around the world utilize the direct selling business model to publicize unique products and services. For example, QNET offers a borderless way to sell its wide variety of items for health and wellness, personal care, and home care products to create a healthier living environment.

Direct sales is a gender-neutral industry. According to the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations report, women comprise 74% of the people involved in direct selling. As a result, the company has empowered countless female-identifying entrepreneurs. That’s especially important since women possess pivotal purchasing power and tend to make economic decisions for their families.

At the corporate level, 46% of QNET employees are women, and women hold 43% of managerial roles. “We have tried to set a benchmark in inclusiveness and equal opportunity for those who are passionate and committed to growing themselves and the company,” says Caluza. She has the honor of being its first female CEO. “The good thing about the direct selling business is that it is a great equalizer. It does not discriminate on the basis of age, education, or socioeconomic background. Anyone can have access to the opportunity to become an entrepreneur at a very low cost, provided they are willing to put in the hard work and have the right mindset to build a business,” says Cauza.“It has also proven to be a recession-resistant industry and has prospered through all the major economic crises the world has faced over the years.”

The direct selling company’s distributors earn their income based on product sales, not expanding enrollment in the company. The company has always been very transparent that it takes time, effort, and planning, as well as perseverance, to make money with the direct selling business. Of course, the direct selling company can’t guarantee that a distributor will become wealthy. However, it does provide an excellent platform for motivated entrepreneurs to make decent money.

It’s essential to understand that a distributor or independent representative isn’t an employee but rather an entrepreneur with full responsibility for and control over their own financial success. That means that the potential earnings are different for everyone, as it correlates to the amount of time and effort one spends on building their direct selling business.

Caluza says, “Direct selling democratizes opportunity for people. This business welcomes anyone from all walks of life, and unlike many corporate jobs, education is not a barrier. [This direct selling company] has so many stories of people who come from nothing and went on to achieve financial and personal goals beyond their wildest dreams. With passion and discipline, anything is possible.”

Sharfun Shaikh experienced how hard work and dedication can equal success at QNET. “The only thought I had was to keep going and keep building and keep doing, and that is what I did,” stated Shaikh. “Initially, of course, the understanding of the business was more about money. But it was not only money; it was beyond money. It was giving me learning about how to actually be a beautiful human being. In the past 12 years, my entire life has completely transformed. Completely changed!”
