Frank Calaway is best known as the father of Mark Calaway, a Famous wrestler commonly known by his Ring name called ‘The Undertaker‘. Frank was a part of the United States Navy deployed in the Pacific Theater during World War II. Frank served in the United States Navy in the Pacific Theater during WWII. He spent 38 years with the Houston Post. Between 1947 and 1949, Frank Calaway married Catherine Calaway in Comanche and the couple remained blissfully married. He died in 2003.

Mark Calaway is one of Frank Calaway five children. But sadly, one of his children couldn’t live for long and died due to a heart attack. It happened during Wrestlemania 36, while The Undertaker was filming. He was distraught after hearing this news and was left truly sad. He used to be into wrestling as his profession but later switched careers and started his own firm.
His wife Catherine Calaway took a proactive role when it came to raising Mark Calaway. She was quite stern with the industry and other fellow wrestlers out of concern, in case her son gets hurt. Shane McMahon who is a minority owner and a producer in the league remembered Mark’s mother being angry at him out of concern for Mark’s health. This incident back in 2016 left Shane with a bleeding eye. When asked about her well-being as she was hugged, she yelled at him in front of her child who was visibly embarrassed. Following this incident, she was stopped from coming to the show.

His sport was so dangerous that he often encountered injuries from fire and concussions due to wrestling. Mark continued his journey with determination and became one of the most iconic sportspeople ever.
